A simple form workflow
Use Lovable for the site. Use Way2Form for the form.
Lovable can support full backend applications. For a simple contact form, Way2Form lets you avoid adding form-specific database, email, or backend plumbing. Your Lovable form sends to a Way2Form endpoint instead.
Prompt for Lovable
Update my existing contact form to submit to Way2Form.
Use this endpoint exactly where the form submits:
[PASTE YOUR WAY2FORM ENDPOINT HERE]
Keep the current form design and fields. Submit name, email, and message from the browser using fetch with Content-Type application/x-www-form-urlencoded. For each new submit attempt, generate _formeu_submission_id with crypto.randomUUID() and include it in the URL-encoded body. Do not reuse that ID for a later new attempt.
Do not add a Supabase table, Lovable Cloud database, Edge Function, Resend integration, SDK, API key, or another backend. Disable the submit button while the request is in progress. Show success only after Way2Form returns a successful response. If the request fails, show a clear error and let the visitor retry. Keep the form styling unchanged. One endpoint workflow

We tested a browser-side Lovable contact form posting to the normal Way2Form endpoint: Lovable form → browser POST → endpoint → dashboard → email.

Lovable forms and Way2Form.
Does Lovable need a separate backend for a contact form?
Lovable can provide backend functionality. For a simple contact-form workflow, Way2Form can handle the form submission endpoint without requiring additional form-specific backend infrastructure.
Do I need an API key to connect Lovable to Way2Form?
No API key is exposed in the browser for the normal public form submission endpoint.
Can Lovable submit directly to Way2Form from the browser?
Yes. This was tested using browser-side submission. The public Way2Form endpoint supports the required cross-origin requests.
Will I need Supabase or an Edge Function?
Not for the validated simple form workflow. More complex application logic may still justify using Lovable’s backend capabilities.
Where do the submissions go?
Accepted submissions appear in the Way2Form dashboard and trigger an email notification.
Is Way2Form free?
During the public beta, an account includes 5 forms and 1,000 accepted submissions per UTC month with no credit card required.
