Standard HTML
Your form already knows how to submit. It just needs somewhere to send the data.
An HTML form sends data to the URL in its action. Using method="POST" sends those values to the receiving endpoint, where a backend still needs to accept and process them. Way2Form provides that hosted backend for you.
<form
action="https://way2form.com/api/forms/YOUR_FORM_ID/submit"
method="POST"
>
<label>
Name
<input name="name" required>
</label>

Email
<input type="email" name="email" required>
</label>
<label>
Message
<textarea name="message" required></textarea>
</label>
<button type="submit">Send</button>

Your form. Our backend.
Keep your existing HTML, design, and the inputs that collect name, email, and message. Way2Form handles receiving the submission; it is not a visual form builder.

HTML forms and hosted backends.
Can an HTML form work without my own backend?
Yes. The form still needs an endpoint to receive the submission, but Way2Form can provide that hosted endpoint instead of infrastructure you build yourself.
Can I send an HTML form to email without PHP?
Yes. Your HTML form can submit to Way2Form, which accepts the submission and notifies the form owner by email.
Do I need JavaScript?
No custom JavaScript is required for a basic HTML POST submission.
Does this work on a static website?
Yes, provided the site can send a normal form submission to the Way2Form public endpoint.
Where do Way2Form submissions go?
Accepted submissions appear in the Way2Form dashboard and trigger the configured notification email.
Is Way2Form free?
During the public beta, an account includes 5 forms and 1,000 accepted submissions per UTC month with no credit card required.
